Refund policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026


Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, Don Memo Coffee generally does not accept returns.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, improperly stored, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.


Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund products that:

  • Arrive damaged.
  • Arrive defective.
  • Were shipped incorrectly.
  • Become unusable due to shipping damage.


Reporting a Problem

Customers must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (when applicable)


Refund Approval

Refunds and replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Don Memo Coffee after review of the claim.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge only if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
