Don Memo Coffee currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times range between 2–10 business days, depending on:
- Shipping destination
- Carrier performance
- Weather
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Other qualified carriers available through Shopify
Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier operations
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Supply chain interruptions
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Risk of Loss
Ownership transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates a package was delivered but cannot be located, customers should:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Allow additional time for delayed scans
Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within 5 business days.
